Wait on the LORD: be of good courage and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the LORD.

For the Lord watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked leads to destruction.

And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus.

Thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's house, thou shalt not covet thy neighbour's wife, nor his manservant, nor his maidservant, nor his ox, nor his ass, nor any thing that is thy neighbour's.

“What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived” – the things God has prepared for those who love him.

I will have mercy on whom I have mercy and I will have compassion on whom I have compassion.

God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble.

You are the salt of the earth.  But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again?  It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.

For I am not ashamed of the gospel, because it is the power of God that brings salvation to everyone who believes:  first to the Jew, then to the Gentile.

Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit.
